The Medical Journal of Radiology and Oncology Radiation is an Indonesian peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing medical sciences in the fields of radiology, oncology, and radiation therapy. This journal serves as a platform for researchers and practitioners to share original research, reviews, and case reports, as well as brief communications on the latest developments in diagnostic imaging, radiation treatments, and other critical aspects of radiology and oncology. Correspondence articles discussing previously published works in the journal are also welcomed.

The journal covers a broad spectrum of topics, including imaging (diagnostic radiology such as X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, PET scans, interventional radiology, and nuclear medicine), radiation therapy (external beam irradiation, brachytherapy, particle radiation therapy, intraoperative radiation therapy, and stereotactic radiosurgery), and research (radiobiology, tumor biology, radiation physics, dosimetry, treatment planning, and clinical oncology). Additionally, it explores medical physics, radiation protection, AI-driven innovations in radiotherapy, and health policy in radiology and oncology.
